The Workers module has been enhanced with features that make personnel management more comprehensive and aligned with ESG standards.
New “Compensation” section: it is now possible to record the annual salary and base pay of each employee, enabling deeper analysis of pay equity and contract compliance.
“RAL” and “Minimum Wage” fields: added during contract creation to provide a clear and immediate view of compensation.
Gender Pay Gap: the male/female pay gap is now automatically calculated, both as a percentage and in absolute value.
Protected categories and leave: new indicators show whether an employee belongs to protected categories and allow tracking of maternity, disability, or parental leave periods.
Training and evaluation: courses, degrees, and certifications can now be recorded to create a useful history for contract reviews and growth paths.
Termination reversal: it is now possible to cancel a mistakenly entered termination and restore the employee’s active status without recreating the record.
Customizable age group histogram: users can freely define age intervals and visualize the data in real time.
The Workers Statistics section has been completely redesigned with interactive charts, historical data, and new filters for a more intuitive and detailed view of workforce trends.

GHG reporting flag: each data point must now be explicitly marked as included or excluded from the GHG report, ensuring maximum transparency and traceability of Scopes 1 and 2.
Material topic selection from materiality analysis: when the module is active, topics can be directly imported into ESG reports or financial statements, ensuring consistency between analysis and reporting.
New integrated GHG table within emissions statistics for even more detailed monitoring.
Customizable GRI content index: colors and styles can now be modified to match company branding needs.
Consolidated reporting: the ability to exclude certain subsidiaries from the reporting perimeter offers a more faithful representation of the corporate structure.
Automatic translation of reports into multiple languages simplifies international communication.
Financial Statements and Consolidated Data: A Unified and Intuitive Vision
The new TreeBlock One update simplifies consolidated financial management and performance monitoring like never before.
It is now possible to generate a consolidated VSME report, providing an aggregated and complete overview of all company entities — ideal for structured groups or those with multiple operational sites.
To support smoother communication, the platform now allows direct export of reports to Word format, enabling easier and more professional sharing.
The Consolidated Data Dashboard has been enhanced to display consumption by energy source — from electricity to fuels — offering companies a clear overview of total emissions.
The redesigned Data Picker features a more intuitive interface and allows fast, precise filtering of consolidated data, making it easier to track company performance over time and report subsidiary information accurately.
Finally, to ensure even more transparent management, a new field dedicated to waste destination has been added, allowing companies to trace material paths and improve control over the entire production cycle.

Among the most appreciated updates is the new chart generator, which allows users to create fully customized visualizations based on their analytical needs.
Users can also choose their preferred chart color directly from their profile settings, making the working experience more consistent with their personal style and corporate identity.
When creating a new client company, the modular configuration now allows easy selection of which modules to include in the account — choosing between predefined combinations or custom packages — with consultants able to apply discounts directly during setup.
Search and navigation have been improved thanks to the new NACE selector, which enables users to find the correct code not only by number but also by name, description, or ATECO code.
At the same time, the enhanced Data Picker offers even more precise control when selecting data, making consultation and analysis smoother.
Internal collaboration has also been improved with custom reports: users can now add comments directly inside documents and monitor progress using the new “Completed” flag, which shows report completion percentages.
Lastly, stakeholder aliases make contact management faster and more intuitive, simplifying document navigation.
